Sony has three new PlayStation video game-based movies in early development, but what series would translate best to the silver screen?
Sony is currently in the process of developing at least three films and seven TV shows based on PlayStation video games. Like the upcoming Uncharted film, movies based on PlayStation games have the potential to deliver high-quality stories, given Sony’s tendency to focus on narrative-driven, single-player exclusives. The company has a wide library of PlayStation-exclusive game series, however, so it’s not clear which three games will be adapted for the big screen.
