With early access going live in Back 4 Blood yesterday, players have been airing their dissatisfaction with the game’s Solo Campaign progression, or, more accurately, the absence thereof. Upon commencing the campaign alone with a team of bots, you’ll be greeted by the following message, as highlighted by a Reddit user:
This seemingly extends to achievements, too, as I played alone earlier today, and earned no progress whatsoever towards unlocking anything. Still, there’s hope that this will change, as developer Turtle Rock Studios has acknowledged player frustrations, and will be looking to address the issues surrounding Solo Campaign progression.
Back 4 Blood early access is available for anyone who has pre-ordered the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions of the game, while the full release is due to arrive from 12th October for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC….
