It’s always refreshing to play something that favours nature and nurturing above violence and gore in a business that promotes them. Sure, punching a goblin in the back of the skull is a lot of fun. Even cathartic. But, every now and then, a delightful stroll down a quiet English lane followed by a great lukewarm pint in a dusty old pub would be nice.This is the experience delivered by The Good Life, the latest game from Hidetaka ‘SWERY’ Suehiro, developer of Deadly Premonition. It’s a pleasant RPG-inspired adventure that isn’t for the faint of heart.
