Update # 2: Sony has fixed an issue with GTA3 on PS Now. As a result, users can no longer download the game. Now you can stream and download it all over the world. This wasn’t the first time this error had occurred, and it created confusion and unnecessary frustration among subscribers.
Update # 1: GTA 3 is now available in the US as part of PS Now and is now available for download and streaming. So far in Europe it hasn’t changed and is only available for streaming. So this is probably just a bug that will be fixed soon.
