From timed exclusives to games produced by genre dream teams, the Xbox 360 provided plenty of JRPGs that are backward compatible on Xbox Series X.
The Xbox 360 is not typically seen as a system strongly associated with JRPGs, much less exclusives, and yet it had quite a few standouts during its lifetime. The Tales series saw the launch of its most popular titles as Xbox 360 exclusives, while Final Fantasy was released for the first time on a Microsoft system with its divisive 13th installment. While the Xbox 360 featured well-established series, it also introduced many new worlds that have mostly been forgotten to time.
