Sometimes, even the smallest acts of self-care are hard to remember, whether it’s taking a deep breath, stretching, or going for a short walk. In the last several years, dozens of self-care apps have cropped up for both iOS and Android, ranging from scheduled reminders to interactive games. This year, Lumi Interactive will release Kinder World, a mobile game that allows players to raise plants, share encouraging messages with the community and do small (but important) acts of self-care.
