This year, Apple and Epic Games faced a legal dispute over the 30 percent commission charged by the App Store, and that Epic considered as “extortion”. Last month, the judge in charge of the case warned that the result could have consequences for Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo due to the similar model that the three companies use. But nevertheless, Phil Spencer he doesn’t think this should even be comparable.
