According to VGC editor and ex-Playtonic writer Andy Robinson, a “super spy” could potentially be making a comeback within the next few weeks. Here’s his brief teaser message that was shared over on Twitter. Graslu00 – an individual associated with last year’s leaked Xbox 360 remaster also responded:
One character that immediately comes to mind is James Bond. To add to this, Andy’s pal Chris Dring – head of GamesIndustry.biz – is wearing a GoldenEye 007 themed watch in a follow-up photo.
Of course, there are many other “super spy” out there. Some have suggested Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell), Cate Archer (No One Lives Forever), Joanna Dark (Perfect Dark) and even the ’90s SNK title, The Super Spy.
